The Marshall Handmade Market happens every autumn on the Saturday before Thanksgiving at Marshall High Studios in Marshall, NC. The studios are housed in a 1920's two story brick high school, which is nestled on a little island in the French Broad River. On show day the spacious, sunny auditorium is filled with some of the best makers in the region, and the resident artists open the doors of their classrooms-turned-studios to visitors. There's always a couple of Asheville's favorite food trucks, a musician or two, and plenty of seating on the generous back deck. The idyllic island setting, the charming historic high school and fantastic artists all combine to make the Marshall Handmade Market a favorite among holiday markets for locals and visitors.

The Handmade Harvest is a one-day shopping event full of the best handmade art and craft. Shop over 50 booths, meet the makers behind the work, and maybe get a jump on your Christmas shopping!

Tickets are $2 in advance and $5 at the door OR bring some friends and get a four-pack of tickets for $8 in advance or $15 at the door.
And don't forget to get there early! The makers will pitch in some mini handmade goodness to stuff in our goody bags-- the first 50 shoppers in the door get one!

The Discover Denton Welcome Center is launching "Maker Monday" to support the amazing makers of our town! Rachel Elise and Home Again Home Again will be kicking it off on September 26th, so stop by to shop, eat, and stroll on everyone's favorite town square.

Wildbloom Boutique in Rice Village is having an awesome party and giving away $30 gift cards!

The folks at Madewell will be hosting a pop up show with Rachel Elise on Septemeber 24th! Rachel will be at the store with a wide range of her handmade messenger bags, clutches, and satchels. A great event for fashion, home decor, and more! This event has moved to a fantastic new location and we're so excited to participate this spring!

Expect 250+ vendors offering art, furniture, paper goods, fashion, jewelry, dog gear and more. Everyone can enjoy live DJ spins, fresh food and adult beverages during the fun daylong event. The first 100 shoppers receive a free canvas tote bag; children 12 and under are free. $5 cash entry.

The Makers Festival will highlight the underground current of makers who are changing the landscape of production and consumerism in America. It will be a day to celebrate the collective artistic endeavors of homegrown talent locally and beyond, featuring a range of makers whose crafts include everything from handmade and vintage fashion, to woodworking, to photography and fine art, to food and music.

Rachel Elise will be participating via the Make Shift Pop Up Shop.

The Spring Bash is a Dallas insitution and returns to the South Side for this year's market. Shop from 80+ handmade artists, pose in the photo booth, and get there early for a coveted Bash Bag.
